R J Fukes is a family owned business. We try to instil the same family values into our relationships with our customers and forestry contractors to make sure you are getting the best service. We invest our own time and money into the business and spend most of our time within the forest helping us to better understand how our customer operate. Many of our staff even have their own shares invested into our business.
We are the only forestry machine company with northern and southern based workshops which enables us to give a wide UK coverage when it comes to servicing. With our 24/7 phone lines available, we are always on hand to help you when you need it most.
With products ranging from the latest Hybird Logset Harvesters to simple hydraulic winches and loads inbetween, we try to cater for all customer requirements.
John & Sue Fukes
Owners
John & Sue started the company over 20 years ago and have built it from the ground up into the thriving business it is today. John has been a service engineer for 33 years and has a vast knowledge of all our products.
Sue who also has a wide range of knowledge on all our products has been running the business side of things from day one. Always on time and keeping everything running smoothly we couldn't think of anyone better for the job.
Brian Hastings

Brian, our manager in Carlisle has been with us from day one. Highly skilled and efficient he is a dab hand at whatever job he puts his mind to.

Engineer
Jamie our Longtown engineer, is one of the latest additions to the family but don’t let this fool you, just as good as the rest and with a great standing knowledge of spare parts, his friendly and helpful approach will always brighten your day.

Engineer
Little Adam, another one of our Llandovery based engineers, has been with the company over two years. With his engineering background and his knowledge of CNC engineering equipment we just knew how much of an asset he would be to us and had to have him.
Since being part of our team he has developed his talents and our customers love him.
Kyle
Welder
Kyle has been with the company for over a year now as our resident welder. Full of jokes and always smiling, he really is a key member of the team. No welding job too big or too small, kyle will happily turn his hand to most things, which is why he is an asset to us at R J Fukes.
Lewis
Engineer
Lewis is the latest edition to our team here in Llandovery. Harrd working, willing and enthusiastic; he fits in with our lads perfectly. Being friendly and approchable makes him a dab hand with all of our customers, ensuring their needs are fulfilled and everyone is happy.
